Age Verification
All players must be 18 years of age or older. hdaje enforces age verification at the point of first withdrawal and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your hdaje login credentials confidential. hdaje will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility until you formally notify hdaje of unauthorised access.
Single Account Rule
Each player is permitted one active hdaje account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or a third party's — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
Deposits in Taka
All deposits and withdrawals on hdaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳200.
Fair Play Guarantee

General Terms and Acceptance

hdaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered users. Where amendments are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the hdaje platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative and controlling version. Any translation provided for reference purposes is subordinate to the English text. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails in all respects.
hdaje operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All products offered on the Platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and crash-format titles — are provided for entertainment purposes. hdaje does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager placed on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and players should bet only with funds they can afford to lose.
By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any other person, that you are not a professional player exploiting the Platform for systematic arbitrage purposes, and that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for lawful entertainment purposes. hdaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any of these confirmations at any time.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
The hdaje platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all products, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-win games. By registering an account on hdaje, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. hdaje treats any false declaration of age as a material breach of these Terms.
hdaje reserves the right to request official government-issued proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or in response to any internal compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Where a player fails to supply satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by hdaje, the account will be suspended pending verification and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.
Where hdaje determines that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, hdaje will:
- Immediately and permanently close the account.
- Void all bets and wagers placed while the account was active.
- Forfeit any remaining balance in the account wallet.
- Report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law or platform policy.
In addition to the age restriction, players must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the hdaje responsible gaming tools or imposed externally — at the time of registering or using the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account or using a third party's account is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
Account Registration and Verification
To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on hdaje, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
KYC Verification
hdaje applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request and may be triggered at any point by hdaje's compliance team. The KYC process requires the submission of:
- Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address, dated within the last 90 days.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits.
hdaje will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests will remain on hold. hdaje is not liable for any delays caused by a player's failure to provide complete and accurate KYC documentation promptly.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is entitled to hold one active account on hdaje. Opening, attempting to open, or knowingly using more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited. hdaje uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hdaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hdaje staff will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify hdaje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, hdaje is entitled to treat all activity on your account as authorised by you.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on hdaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hdaje does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be declined or converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider, with any resulting shortfall being the player's responsibility.

Deposit Terms
Deposits are credited to your hdaje wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. hdaje does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. hdaje is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the side of a third-party payment provider.
hdaje reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where a deposit is flagged by the platform's anti-money laundering controls. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the deposit being held and the account being suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by hdaje's finance team following a formal request submitted to [email protected]. This policy is applied to prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the payment ecosystem.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. hdaje processes approved withdrawals within the timeframes indicated in the table above, measured from the point of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, national holidays (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day), or where additional compliance checks are required.
hdaje reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Players should contact [email protected] for information on applicable limits for their account tier. Funds that have been credited as a result of a bonus award are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.
Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All bets placed on hdaje are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. These product-level rules are published within each product section on the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the product rules.
Sports Betting
hdaje offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting across cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked and cannot be altered.
hdaje reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or odds compilation error that resulted in an incorrect price being displayed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's wallet. hdaje will not profit from an error at the expense of a player, nor will a player be entitled to winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price.
In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay during which hdaje verifies that the event state has not changed materially since the bet was requested. If the event state changes during this acceptance window — for example, a wicket falls or a goal is scored — hdaje reserves the right to decline the bet and return the requested stake to the player's wallet.
Casino and Game Rules
Casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game as implemented by the supplying studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi). hdaje does not modify the game logic, payout tables, or return-to-player rates of any game supplied by a licensed studio. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be referred to the relevant studio via hdaje's support channel at [email protected].
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a crash game round, hdaje's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Outstanding rounds will be resolved according to the recorded game state once the session is resumed. hdaje is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's side.
Maximum Winnings
hdaje applies maximum single-bet payout limits across all product categories. These limits are set at the product level and may vary by market, game type, and account tier. Players are advised to review the applicable maximum payout for any market before placing a large wager. hdaje reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time, at its sole discretion.
Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, hdaje offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback awards, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that bonus only.
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in the offer) before a withdrawal of any derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
Bonus Eligibility
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
- Reload bonuses and ongoing promotional offers are subject to separate eligibility conditions specified in the relevant offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be used on the products and markets specified in the offer. Bets placed on excluded markets do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
- hdaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring already-issued bonus credits in line with the terms under which they were awarded.
Bonus Abuse
hdaje operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where hdaje identifies bonus abuse, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be voided, and the account may be permanently closed.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on hdaje, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use hdaje in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of any third party, or interferes with the proper operation of the Platform. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or at any subsequent stage.
- Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by hdaje.
- Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or data feed malfunctions to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption affecting the outcome of events on which hdaje offers betting markets.
- Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing hdaje staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
- Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or similar technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.
hdaje employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players suspected of engaging in any of the above activities may have their accounts suspended without notice pending investigation. hdaje reserves the right to share information about players engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct with relevant authorities and third-party fraud prevention services.
Account Suspension and Closure
hdaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Account suspension or closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the effective date of the action.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their hdaje account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] with a formal account closure request. Before closure is completed, any remaining balance in the account wallet will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance holds. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion options available on hdaje are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked, login is blocked, and no marketing communications are sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Consequences of Closure for Breach
Where hdaje closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or use of prohibited software — hdaje reserves the right to:
- Void all bets placed during the period of the breach.
- Forfeit any balance in the account wallet, including winnings derived from the breach.
- Retain deposited funds where those funds are the subject of a money laundering investigation or are required as evidence in a legal proceeding.
- Permanently prohibit the player from re-registering on the Platform under any identity.
These Terms are governed by the general principles of international online gaming law as applicable to platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Disputes that cannot be resolved through hdaje's internal complaints process should be escalated by writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. hdaje commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
