When you request an increase to an existing limit, hdaje applies a mandatory 72-hour waiting period before the increase comes into force. This cooling-off period is designed to prevent impulsive decisions made during a losing streak or period of elevated play.

Marketing Opt-Out

Self-excluded players are automatically removed from all hdaje marketing and promotional communications, including email newsletters, SMS notifications, and any in-platform promotional messaging.
